Barneløpet is an annual event in Zone 8 of District 6. The event is publicly advertised for all children ages 3 to 16.
The children are registered for different course lengths. Ski orienteering is also provided as a challenge to map reading skills.
The Colorado lodges host his event and provide cookies, juice, and hot chocolate.
The 2007 Barneløpet will take place on Saturday, Feb. 24. at Snow Mountain Ranch in Winter Park, Colorado.
